Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date. If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order. Our shipping carriers include DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, and EMS.

Our shipping options include a $12 standard flat rate or a $25 expedited flat rate.

The average arrival time for standard shipping is approximately 8 – 12 days. Expedited shipping arrival times are 1 – 5 days. Tracking information is sent to the email associated with the order.

If you have not received your purchase after 30 business days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

In the unlikely event that your order is not received within 45 days of purchasing, you will be entitled to a full refund of the non-received items.

Warranty

Our bags are made from nothing but genuine full grain leather sourced from Italy and the USA. We use marine-grade thread and solid brass hardware. Our line of bags represents many months of research and product testing. Our bags are built to stand the test of the time – and they’ve done just that for many customers already.

If your product breaks due to normal wear and tear, we will fix or replace it no problem. And by normal wear and tear, we mean everyday usage.

An important thing to remember is that, while our bags are built to last, they’re not indestructible. If the bag was run over by the 6 train, we can’t cover that. But, if something breaks while just sitting on the 6 train, you’re covered. It’s that simple.

We value honesty and hope that our customers will work truthfully with us. We’ll be sure to do the same!

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

If you would like a refund or exchange for your purchase, please fill out the form below.

We allow general returns within 30 days of purchase. The returned product must show no signs of wear and must still include original tags and packaging.

If you are returning your bag because of a defect or breakage from normal use, please include several photos of the bag to give us a better understanding of the issue.

Buyer must pay return shipping and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or ship out your exchange.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 business days.

Embossed items are not returnable or refundable unless there was a mistake in the embossing.
